Meet Lita.... Jeffrey Campbell's Lita

Ladies and Gentlemen. Boys and Girls. Tonight, I have a story to tell you. One filled with happiness, joy and laughter. 

Well, to cut to the chase, I have the best friends in the whole world, and for my 18th birthday, they bestowed me with the most beautiful of beautiful things:

Jeffrey Campbell Litas

I cried. No shame, no gain. 

I will have to examine, however, why I cried: was it the sheer amazing-ness of my friends to basically buy the pair of shoes I've been obsessing over for the last year? If the answer to that is a no (impossible, since that's true), then is it the fact that, as I plunge into adulthood, I desire to be almost a foot taller than the tallest of my friends? That's an obvious no. But I think, in essence, is the fact that I truly now feel like a "fashionista", in whichever sense of the word.

So, everyone, please, meet Lita. She's gonna be around for a while.
